The partners of SUTTER & PEARCE speak and write fluent English and French, and have a long experience of more than ten years in Francophone Africa, after a significant experience in international law firms:

  • Franck Dautria :

    Legal and tax advisor, previously consultant of Fidafrica* Congo (1990-1994), shares his time between Congo, Gabon, Equatorial Guinea, Morocco.

    Mr Dautria has a private law formation in France, with a third degree level in business law and tax, and has also the degree authorizing him to be registered as a lawyer in France.

    After several years of private consultancy, Mr Dautria founded SUTTER & PEARCE (CONGO) Ltd. in 1997.
     
  • Richard Moulet :

    Legal and tax advisor, previously manager of Fidafrica* Cameroon and Fidafrica* Congo, associate partner with Fidafrica* Madagascar, then senior manager of Ernst and Young / Juridique et Fiscal Congo,
    He is permanently resident in the Congo and based at Pointe-Noire.

    Mr Moulet has a private law training in France, with a third degree level in business law and tax, and is lawyer in France.

    He is also active in the arbitration sector, being admitted as an Arbitrator with the OHADA Court of Justice, and member of the Arbitration Committee of the Chamber of Commerce of Pointe-Noire.

    He joined SUTTER & PEARCE as partner in 2004.
